1. Who is responsible
Anyjoi GmbH, Köpenicker Str. 45, 12524 Berlin, Deutschland. Represented by managing director Sören Creutzburg. Privacy enquiries and withdrawal of consent: contact@anyjoi.com.
2. Visiting the website
The website is delivered through Vercel. Requests can include your IP address, requested page, time, browser information and technical errors. This processing serves delivery, availability and protection against abuse, based on our legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. The public website does not embed advertising pixels or analytics tools. Fonts and product images are served with the website; the language choice is part of the URL, not an advertising profile.
3. Waitlist and contact form
If you submit the form, we process your email address, company country, chosen language and enquiry type. For contact enquiries we also process your message. We retain the consent wording version, the time of receipt and an opaque receipt reference. We use these details to handle your stated interest in ClariDDy and contact you about it, based on your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. Participation is voluntary. Without the required details we cannot save or reply to your request. It does not create a product account or authorise access to financial sources.
Please do not include bank statements, passwords, payment details, tax documents or other sensitive company materials. A successful form response confirms storage, not delivery of an email. We do not send form content to an AI model.
4. Abuse prevention
We validate incoming requests and use short-lived rate-limit records derived from the requesting network address. These controls help prevent spam and service disruption. We do not use them for advertising or cross-site tracking. This processing is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
5. Service providers and transfers
We use Vercel for web hosting and Supabase for the database. Authorised personnel at Anyjoi and technical service providers may process data where necessary to operate the service. Infrastructure and support can involve processing outside the EEA, including in the United States. Provider agreements, subprocessor information and transfer safeguards must cover the deployed service; selecting an EU server region alone does not mean every operation takes place in Germany.

6. Retention and withdrawal
We use your details only for the stated enquiry or waitlist purpose. You can withdraw your consent at any time by writing to contact@anyjoi.com; this does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal. We stop contact based on that consent and delete data when it is no longer needed, unless a separate legal basis requires retention. Any correspondence that becomes part of a contractual relationship is assessed separately. Technical rate-limit records have short expiry periods; backups and infrastructure logs follow the respective provider's retention processes.
7. Your rights
Subject to the legal conditions, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing and data portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You can also complain to a data protection supervisory authority, including the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information. There is no automated decision-making with legal or similarly significant effects in the public waitlist or contact flow.
8. Scope of this notice
This notice covers the public website and its interest form. A later operational accounting product, connected providers or professional service requires its own specific information before use. Planned markets and integrations do not mean your data is already shared with those sources.
